No returns can be made without the prior written consent of Soniris System to the Customer as a return form with No. RMA (Return Material Authorisation).

Trademarks, domain names, products, software, images, videos, texts or generally any object of intellectual property rights information are and remain the exclusive property of the seller. Our product comLavalon service is manually activated and controlled by our Customers. No contractual relationship will exist in any way.

Article 16: Force majeure
